Planner on the Go

Out of State? At the far reaches of Florida? We DO travel and this is the package you need to call about! Included in this package:

Round trip travel expenses for gas & food for one meeting prior to event
Lodging & travel expenses for event 2-3 day weekend
Events needs as discussed on per client basis and can include linens, decorations, day-of coordination, officiating, event management and anything else that we offer!

Complete Wedding~

Want it to be a piece of cake? Our complete package has everthing except your attire! You have just one professional to deal with (me!) because I handle all your other professionals and you choose from a list that works closely with me.

Venue, catering, cake, photo, DJ, linens, decorations, event planner, officiate, flowers for bridal party, guest favors and invitations

Baby Shower~All Inclusive

We provide the custom invitations, venue, cake, food, games, prizes, linens, decorations, planning, photos, favors and even a gift for baby & mommy-to-be!

Basic Linen

white or ivory cotton/polyester tablecloths, chair covers w/sashes delivered, set up, steamed on site & picked up at the end or your event. Call or current pricing
Colored linens available as well at no additional charge unless it is a special order
Also available: satin tablecloths, satin & organza overlays, chair sashes, table runners
Decorations such as centerpieces, arches, bridal party flowers and more are available to rent and in most cases custom created using your theme and colors with an exact match when possible.

Kid & Teen Parties

We have a package for you!

Just Bring The Kids is just that.. we provide the cake, food, decorations, activities, goodie bags, we set up, clean up, take photos and provide custom invitations! Your location or one of ours
Mommy's Helper is where you provide everything needed for the party and we set up, clean up, take photos and help with activities
Black Light Party we supply a venue fit for the black light effect, the invitations the lights, black light reactive decorations & props, music, photographer or photo booth, food, games, set up & clean up ..all for a price about 50% lower than getting the needs met individually
Graduations, Sweet 16 and other milestone celebrations as well for kids and teens. Simply call us and tell us what you need for a custom quote

Themed Parties

Themed parties are a great way to have a celebration without a lot of hassle. We have themes and packages available for adults, kids and families. With our themed parties, you typially take care of location music/entertainment and location. We handle food, decorations, photo, event management and clean up of our items. If you need us to help with anything else just ask and we will be happy to handle it for an additional fee!
